How To Object
Over 1,200 objections have so far been submitted by concerned local residents and others opposed to this landfill application. Please add your support!
To object to this application, go to the Devon County Council planning portal
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the blue Accept button.
Click on the blue "Comment on this application" box. This takes you to the page where you can object.
Be sure to change the "Type of comment" to OBJECTION using the drop-down box.
The comments box is limited to 1000 characters; if you need more space, or want to include photos, you can add text or image files from your computer.
After you submit your objection, you will receive a confirmation email from the planning department.
You can object as many times as you wish by repeating this process, using different reasons in each objection.
We recommend you object as individuals, using your own words, as it is the number of individuals/businesses that object that carries most weight, rather than the number of objections.
